More people than ever are becoming certified as technical divers. They want to experience deeper dives with longer bottom time. Photographers using closed circuit rigs also have the advantage of getting closer to the marine life without the bubbles that so often scares them away.

Technical Diving Locations

We are able to offer a full range of technical diving services at Tekstreme in Sharm el Sheikh, Hurghada and Marsa Alam. Hurghada is the most popular of the three locations for technical divers with an abundance of wrecks in the vicinity. The impressive coral at all depths mean that the decompression stage of the dive is not wasted as you can continue to explore albeit at a shallower depth.

Technical Diving Courses and Services

A range of TDI, BSAC and DSAT/TecRec courses are available from Enriched Air (NITROX) to Instructors. If you would like to try Tech Diving, you also have the options of a Rebreather Try Dive or Discover Tech Diving. For the certified technical diver, there are options of day diving from either Sharm el Sheikh, Hurghada or Marsa Alam. Alternatively, we can also offer places on Technical Diving Liveaboards. Please note, these liveaboard safaris are only suitable for experienced technical divers as they visit dive sites that are beyond the range of regular divers.
